quilt scraps and pre-school ?????

I just read and can't remember where an article about "what to do with all those tiny scraps that are too small to use in quilting". This lady takes her tiny un useable quilting scraps to a preschool for the children to make something pretty. Isn't that a wonderful idea? I'm gonna start doin that today. I'll get a bag full then take it to our local preschool. Great article , huh???
